Sunday 19 October  - Healing & Treating the Glands –Thomas Newstead practised techniques shared in this workshop. He found his ‘sap was rising’ & continued to travel into London & write inspired verse until well into his 90’s. When Janice Bell practised the same principles, the youthful colour of her hair started to grow back through!
